With sand being the primary ingredient in glass and with Provincetown
being surrounded by miles of sand dunes, Impulse is the perfect setting to showcase a glittering selection of contemporary
glass artists who push the creative envelope.
Representing an array of American Craft Artisans, Impulse has a special
affinity for dichroic glass, a process developed by NASA that vacuum fires microscopic, high-tech metals into the glass at
very high temperatures. The result is a medium that reflects and refracts light into a mermerizing rainbow.
